Industrial Aluminum Bottles
Type Plus 32
Ranging from 50 ml (1.6 oz) to 1,100 ml (37 oz.), the Plus 32 industrial aluminum bottles line has a strong tamper-evident closure and is the smallest of the Plus series. They are ideal for shipping small samples or small orders of liquid products. The Plus 32 industrial aluminum bottle meets UN standards for single packaging.
Type Plus 45
Similar to the Plus 32 line, Plus 45 industrial aluminum bottles are the "midrange" of the Plus series and are ideal for storing liquids. They have tamper-evident closures and range from 625 ml (21 oz.) to 6,250ml (211 oz.). They are also UN approved for single packaging.
Type Plus 62
The Plus 62 industrial aluminum bottle is the largest in the Plus series and ranges from 1,250 ml (42 oz.) to 32 liters (8.45 gal). It features a rotatable handle (4,000ml (1 gal) and up) with secondary tamper-proof capability. With its large 46 mm (1.81") inner neck diameter opening, it can be used for holding all types of viscous or liquid products and is UN approved for single packaging.
OMNI-PLUS® 32 / 50
Ranging from 50ml (1.6oz) to 1,250ml (42oz) the OMNI-PLUS® is Tournaire’s latest innovation. It offers a wider opening , easier recycling, and optimal ergonomics. They are ideal for shipping samples or small orders of liquid products. The OMNI-PLUS® industrial aluminum bottle meets UN standards for single packaging.
Agrochem
The Agrochem industrial aluminum bottle features a heavy screw cap with tamper evident, tear-off locking flange. They range from 120 ml (4.2 oz.) to 1,100 (37 oz.). They are ideal for packaging liquid products. Some sizes are UN-approved as combination packaging.
Chem 50
The Chem 50 industrial aluminum bottle features a black PP screw cap with tamper evident, tear-off locking flange. With an inner neck diameter of 39mm (1.53") it is ideal for holding all types of viscous or liquid products. It has 1,100 ml capacity (37 oz.) and is UN-approved as single packaging.
Type AP25 / AP28
Ranging from 20ml (0.7 oz.) to 315 ml (10 oz.), these bottles are ideal for shipping liquid products. They feature a tamper-evident cap.
Type 4
This model has a capacity ranging from 2,500 ml (85oz.) to 30 liters (7.93 gal). With its wide mouth 69mm (2.71") inner neck diameter, it is perfect for storing and shipping viscous products and powders.
Flex Spout
Ranging from 1,350 ml (48 oz.) to 26 liters (915 oz.), these industrial aluminum bottles are used to pack liquid products and features a flexible spout.
Type 0220
The Type O220 industrial aluminum bottle has a full opening from 2,500ml (84 oz) to 12,500ml (3.3 gal) . The inner neck diameter is 218 mm (8.58"). Capacities range from 2,500 ml (84 oz) to 30 liters (7.93 gal.). The O220 is ideal to pack solid and viscous products, it features a closure system using an aluminum lid, nitrile gasket and a clamp that can be secured by a seal.
The O220 range is pharmaceutical grade and covered by a DMF.
Type 802
With capacities ranging from 2,500 ml (84 oz.) to 28,500 ml (7.53 gal) and an inner neck diameter of 101mm (3.98"), the Type 802 industrial aluminum bottle line is suited for shipping solid and viscous product, it features a closure system using a chlorobutyl plugs and crimped on aluminum caps.
The 802 range is pharmaceutical grade and covered by a DMF.
